This handmade crossbody bag is handmade in Colombia using high-quality leather and colourful Mola fabric sourced from indigenous artisans. Made by the Kuna Indians of northern Colombia, the Mola is a textile art form unique to them and their textiles are incorporated into a variety of wearable art such as shoes, wallets, and purses. The Kuna Indian women traditionally make the appliqué's to adorn the front and back of their blouse and remove the design when they grow tired of it. Each creation is the result of her creativity at the time of its confection.

The Colombian leather craftsmen then apply the appropriate mola to the different bag's they have designed for a perfect match! Each purse is unique as it bares the imprint of the Indian Kuna woman was has masterfully woven the textile.
