Check out our beautiful and very unique wallets handmade in Colombia using high-quality leather and colourful Mola fabrics sourced from indigenous artisans. Made by the women of the Kuna communities of northern Colombia, the Mola is a textile art form unique to them, and their textiles are incorporated into a variety of wearable art such as shoes, wallets, and purses. The Kuna women are the breadwinners of their community with the creation and production of this appliqué. The Molas are an application of multi-coloured and superimposed fabrics that are handwoven. They form beautiful geometric figures representing the flora and fauna of the region where the Kuna lives.
