DELIVERY

Unless you have specified during the purchase your desire for express shipment, delivery is usually within 3 to 7 business days to Canada and the United States. Note that PO Boxes are not acceptable for delivery. In distant regions, delivery may take longer.

RETURN POLICY

We are grateful that you keep in mind that all our items are handmade by artisans. It may be that the product displays slight imperfections but rest assured that they do not compromise the quality, beauty and aesthetics of the product in general. Each creation is unique and is never completely identical to the previous. However, if you are not satisfied, a request for a return can be made within 14 days following reception of the merchandise.  Customers who wish to be refunded must contact us by phone or by e-mail to obtain approval. A product sent to us without an authorization number will be rejected. 

Returned products can be sent at your expense by using the method of your choice.

• Wrap the item in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of the receipt and the authorization number.

We will inspect the returned item and credit the amount minus the original shipping charges within 7 business days of receipt, using the same method of payment used for purchase.There will be no refund if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way. Seal of Zaz is not responsible for loss or expenses incurred (including freight, duties and taxes or import fees). Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Seal of zAz provides Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and moneyorders as methods of payment. Merchandise purchases made with a money order will be shipped upon reception of payment.
